Based on classic Hadfield manganese steel metallurgy, HAUSMING® advanced manganese steel products have undergone multiple rounds of formulation optimization and process improvements, achieving a significant improvement in wear resistance while maintaining excellent toughness. More importantly, as crushing operations continue, the material surface hardens continuously due to the work hardening effect—becoming harder and stronger with use and wear.

We offer three standard manganese content grades—M14, M18, and M21—suitable for medium, high, and extremely high impact conditions, respectively, ensuring you don’t pay for unnecessary performance.

In addition, we supply a range of high-end wear-resistant material solutions, covering alloy steel #9, martensitic steel, martensitic ceramic composites, high-chromium cast iron, and chromium ceramic composites, meeting the needs of all scenarios from soft rock to hard rock, and from low to high abrasion.
