Quarry Type
Suitable for abrasive and/or blasted rock
Flat teeth, longest wear life (larger crushing area)
Uses higher wear-resistant manganese steel compared to standard jaw plates
Higher stress and power requirements
Smaller space for fine material passage
Super Tooth Type
Generally used for gravel and blasted rock
Good space for fine material between teeth
Larger tooth contact area compared to standard tooth type
Uses higher wear-resistant manganese steel compared to standard jaw plates
Balance between power requirements and crushing force
Less needle-like and flaky material
Quarry + Super Clamp Type
Suitable for blasted rock, talc, and hard natural stone
Sharp teeth (greater clamping force)
Balance between power requirements and crushing force
Good space for fine material between teeth
Can be used for applications with lower coarse pre-screening efficiency
Less needle-like and flaky material
MX Type
Suitable for abrasive and/or blasted rock
Longer wear life (2-3 times that of single alloy)
Longer replacement cycle, better HSE conditions
Fewer liner replacements, lower maintenance costs
Fewer components, lower wear
