The main swirling section of HAUSMING®
A gyratory crusher consists of hundreds of precision parts. A malfunction in any one of them can cripple the entire machine.
HAUSMIING supplies a complete set of German-made core assemblies and components for gyratory crushers, fully compatible with Metso and Sandvik:
Main Shaft Assembly and Main Shaft – German alloy steel, precision machined, dimensional accuracy meets OEM standards.
Cross Shaft Assembly – High-strength cross shaft, bushings, and seals supplied in complete sets.
Upper/Lower Housing Assembly – Precision-manufactured structural components, matching original equipment manufacturer (OEM) mounting interfaces.
Eccentric Bushings and Housing Bushings – High-quality bronze/Babbitt alloy, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant.
Dustproof Sealing System – Complete set of sealing rings, retaining rings, and wear plates.
Pinner Gear Shaft and Drive Bolts – Precision components for the transmission system.
From the main shaft to the housing bolts, each part comes with a complete material traceability report and heat treatment curve. What you receive is not just a “compatible part,” but a German-made product with verifiable dimensions, materials, and performance.
ISO 9001:2015 certification
ISO 9001:2015 certification forms the foundation of our quality system. But HAUSMING’s quality assurance goes beyond that.
Every HAUSMING gyratory crusher component is 100% German-made, with a fully automated process—from smelting composition to heat treatment curves, from hardness testing to metallographic analysis, every data point is archived and traceable.
Before leaving the factory, each product undergoes seven additional self-inspections in addition to the ISO-required testing procedures: chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, tensile testing, impact toughness testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) dimensional measurement.
High manganese steel metallurgical technology
Our high-manganese steel metallurgical technology originates from in-depth joint research and development in Germany with a globally recognized top-tier crusher liner manufacturer. This partner holds an industry-leading position in metallurgical formulation design and casting processes—but we didn’t simply “borrow” their expertise.
Based on classic Hadfield manganese steel metallurgy, and through multiple rounds of independent formulation optimization and process improvement, we have developed our own series of high-manganese steel products:
M14 (14% manganese) – For medium impact conditions, offering the best cost-performance ratio
M18 (18% manganese) – For high impact conditions, balancing toughness and wear resistance
M21 (21% manganese) – For extremely high impact conditions, exhibiting the strongest work hardening effect
Solution-annealed and water-toughened austenitic manganese steel achieves excellent wear resistance while maintaining superior toughness. More importantly—as crushing operations continue, the surface hardness of the material continuously increases under the work hardening effect, becoming harder and stronger with use and wear.
Gyratory Crusher Service Support
HAUSMING’s field service team—not just office workers looking at blueprints, but people who have dismantled, repaired, and refurbished hundreds of rotary lobe machines in mines worldwide.
We offer:
On-site fault diagnosis and emergency repair—quickly identifying the root cause of problems and providing solutions.
Complete dismantling and reconstruction services—managing the entire process from removing the last bolt to tightening the first.
Remote technical support—online collaboration with a team of German experts to solve complex on-site problems.
Refurbishment and performance restoration—bringing old equipment back to near-new condition.
All HAUSMIING® compatible crusher parts are manufactured and warranted by HAUSMIING®, for the avoidance of doubt it is not implied that our branded parts originate from the OEM.
