The crusher backing material is a two-component epoxy resin-based backing and damping material, mainly used in cone crushers and gyratory crushers.
Crusher backing material serves as a support and reinforcement layer between the crusher wear-resistant liner and the crusher frame, shell, or head, and plays a damping role when subjected to impact and vibration loads.
The backing filler is a 100% solids epoxy resin-based material, specifically designed for cone and gyratory crushers:
