The standard procedure is to disassemble until it cannot be disassembled any further. Whether it is a jaw crusher or a cone crusher, all components must be disassembled into parts, cleaned, inspected, and classified: which parts are still usable, which can be repaired, and which must be replaced.

Inspection isn’t done with the “most advanced equipment.” It relies on a coordinate measuring machine + traditional measuring tools + the experience of engineers who have disassembled thousands of machines. Some dimensional issues can be detected by equipment. Some issues—such as whether a mating surface has the “expected wear”—can only be known by those who have disassembled it.

With comprehensive repair facilities and a professional engineering team, we have established direct procurement and supply channels with several internationally renowned bearing manufacturers, ensuring the original quality and stable supply of core components.

We maintain a large inventory of high-quality brand spherical roller bearings, withdrawal sleeves, hydraulic nuts, lock nuts, and lock washers, covering most mainstream crusher models on the market. This ample stock allows our engineers to quickly obtain the necessary parts during repair operations, minimizing equipment downtime. Simultaneously, our optimized procurement and supply system effectively controls maintenance costs for our customers.
