The standard procedure is: disassemble until it can’t be disassembled any further. Whether it’s a jaw crusher, cone crusher, or impact crusher—disassemble everything into parts, clean, inspect, and classify: which are still usable, which can be repaired, and which must be replaced.

Inspection isn’t done with the “most advanced equipment.” It relies on a coordinate measuring machine + traditional measuring tools + the experience of engineers who have disassembled thousands of machines. Some dimensional issues can be detected by equipment. Some issues—such as whether a mating surface has the “expected wear”—can only be known by those who have disassembled it.

The drawings have tolerances. We have on-site experience. We have it all.

HAUSMING® operates its own large-scale crushing equipment repair workshop. With comprehensive repair facilities and a professional engineering team, we have established direct procurement and supply channels with internationally renowned bearing manufacturers such as SKF® and FAG®, ensuring the original quality and stable supply of core components.

We maintain a large stock of high-quality brand spherical roller bearings, withdrawal sleeves, hydraulic nuts, lock nuts, and lock washers, covering most mainstream crusher models on the market. This ample inventory allows our engineers to quickly obtain the necessary parts during repair work, significantly reducing equipment downtime. Simultaneously, through an optimized procurement and supply system, we effectively control maintenance costs for our customers.
