Crusher service
Genuine Service Solutions
Our service team has dismantled, repaired, and rebuilt thousands of crushers in mines worldwide. We handle all brands—Metso, Sandvik, and various mainstream models. We also handle all eras—we perform maintenance on new machines and refurbish 30-year-old machines.
Crusher repair
Modern jaw crushers and cone crushers are designed to efficiently process various materials, maximizing production capacity and enhancing the market value of the final product. However, current high-power models tend to have lighter structures, resulting in reduced impact margins compared to “traditional” heavy-duty equipment that can withstand extreme conditions.
Regardless of brand, application, or maintenance plan, a crusher’s lifespan is inevitably subject to harsh conditions—fatigue cracks, lubrication failure, and intrusion of uncrushable materials can all lead to unplanned downtime, and each repair means high parts costs and prolonged production losses.
You’ve already assumed sufficient equipment risk; you shouldn’t have to pay extra for maintenance services.
We understand that every minute of downtime translates to lost profits, therefore we offer:
Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or better parts to ensure fatigue life and precision fit;
Rapid on-site diagnostics and emergency repairs to minimize unexpected downtime;
Transparent pricing and tiered maintenance plans, ensuring you only pay for necessary repairs, not gimmicks.
Choosing us is not about choosing “cheap,” but about choosing “certainty”—certain repair quality, certain response time, and certain total repair cost.
Is the original manufacturer always the safest choice?
Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) have their advantages—complete drawings and high standards. However, when it comes to repairs, you need to ask three questions:
Are their repair facilities local? If the machine needs to be towed from the mine to a repair shop hundreds of kilometers away, who bears the transportation costs and downtime?
Is the repair done by the OEM itself, or is it outsourced? Many OEM repair services are outsourced to third parties—you pay the OEM price, but the work is done by contractors.
Non-standard repairs – save money now, pay for it later.
When a machine breaks down, production can’t afford to wait, and some might advise you to “use non-standard parts as a temporary solution; as long as the machine keeps running, it’s fine.”
It might run, but non-standard parts mean:
The next time you need a replacement part, standard parts won’t fit, so you’ll have to continue using non-standard parts.
Only the person who made the original machine has non-standard parts, and they set the price.
Incorrect mating surfaces lead to uneven stress, causing other parts to fail prematurely.
Non-standard parts are trading “saving two days of time” for “spending two more years of money in the future.”
Full Repair Record
If your supplier is unwilling to provide you with complete repair records—part numbers, dimensions, and a replacement list—there’s likely a reason.
The reason is usually simple: they don’t want you to know what was replaced, so you’ll have to contact them again next time.
An even worse practice is assigning parts a unique “internal numbering” system that only they can decipher; you can’t find the corresponding model anywhere else with that batch number.
HAUSMIING’s approach: Every piece of equipment repaired has a complete repair record—what parts were replaced, their numbers, and dimensions. You can use this list to get quotes from any supplier.

Original Equipment Manufacturer
We’ve dismantled, repaired, and rebuilt thousands of crushers—Metso, Sandvik, and various other brands—in mines around the world.
We’ve seen the tolerances on the original factory drawings. But the actual wear and tear patterns under real-world operating conditions—these aren’t on the drawings; only those who have dismantled a thousand units know them.
The machine is yours, and so are the decisions.
But the next time it malfunctions, you have a choice: continue to contact the original manufacturer and wait two months for a quote, or contact HAUSMING to get you a solution within three days.
We don’t “believe” you’ll be surprised by our quote. We “guarantee” you will. Not because our prices are cheap—but because we can clearly explain “where the money went, why it went, and how to spend less next time” for every penny we tell you.
