German manufacture Genuine replacement parts for gyratory crushers
Supported brands include:
The main swirling section of HAUSMING®
Crossbeam, upper frame, eccentric sleeve, lower frame, base, main shaft + moving cone, etc…
All HAUSMING® gyratory crusher spare parts are designed to be strictly compatible with the specified crusher model in terms of size and function, ensuring dimensional accuracy, assembly compatibility, and service life. With its proprietary precision machining capabilities and comprehensive quality control system, HAUSMING® is an ideal alternative to OEM parts, helping customers reduce maintenance costs while ensuring equipment reliability.
ISO 9001:2015 certification
ISO 9001:2015 certification forms the foundation of our quality system. But HAUSMING’s quality assurance goes beyond that.
Every HAUSMING gyratory crusher component is German-made, with a fully automated process—from smelting composition to heat treatment curves, from hardness testing to metallographic analysis, every data point is archived and traceable.
Before leaving the factory, each product undergoes seven additional self-inspections in addition to the ISO-required testing procedures: chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, tensile testing, impact toughness testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) dimensional measurement.
High manganese steel metallurgical technology
Our high-manganese steel metallurgical technology originates from in-depth joint research and development in Germany with a globally recognized top-tier crusher liner manufacturer. This partner holds an industry-leading position in metallurgical formulation design and casting processes—but we didn’t simply “borrow” their expertise.
Based on classic Hadfield manganese steel metallurgy, and through multiple rounds of independent formulation optimization and process improvement, we have developed our own series of high-manganese steel products:
ZGMn13Cr2 (13% manganese) – For medium impact conditions, offering the best cost-performance ratio
ZGMn18Cr2 (18% manganese) – For high impact conditions, balancing toughness and wear resistance
ZGMn22Cr2 (21% manganese) – For extremely high impact conditions, exhibiting the strongest work hardening effect
Solution-annealed and water-toughened austenitic manganese steel achieves excellent wear resistance while maintaining superior toughness. More importantly—as crushing operations continue, the surface hardness of the material continuously increases under the work hardening effect, becoming harder and stronger with use and wear.
