Jaw Crusher | Primary Crushing for Hard Rock and Ore!

High Reduction Ratio, Rugged Construction, Easy Maintenance.

Product Overview

Our jaw crushers are heavy-duty machines engineered for the toughest primary crushing applications. With a deep crushing cavity and large feed opening, they can handle run-of-mine material up to 600mm and reduce it to a manageable size for downstream processing. Whether you’re crushing granite, basalt, iron ore, or limestone, our jaw crushers deliver reliable performance, high throughput, and low operating costs. Ideal for mining, quarrying, recycling, and aggregate production.

Product advantages

Stable and reliable structure

The integrated cast steel bearing seat and the heavy-duty eccentric shaft, processed using forged blanks, enhance the structural stability and reliability of the entire machine.

Optimized crushing chamber

The “V”-shaped crushing chamber and tooth-shaped guard plate design ensure consistency between the actual and theoretical feed sizes, effectively increase the crushing area, avoid material blockage, and enhance crushing efficiency and output.

Convenient adjustment of discharge port

Utilizing a wedge-block discharge port adjustment system, automated adjustment can be achieved with the assistance of hydraulic pressure. The discharge port can be adjusted to the preset value within minutes, which is faster and safer than the traditional gasket adjustment method.

Hydraulic cavity cleaning system

Equipped with a hydraulic oil station, it ensures normal oil supply to the lubrication system; when the crusher stops under load, the hydraulic cavity cleaning system can quickly clean the crushing cavity, significantly reducing downtime.

Energy-saving design

Equipped with high-efficiency energy-saving motors, with a power factor of ≥0.9, the unit crushing energy consumption is as low as 0.5-0.8 kW·h, saving 10%-15% compared to traditional jaw crushers. Long-term operation significantly reduces electricity costs

Intelligent Operations

Optional PLC control system, automatic lubrication system, and overload protection device can be equipped to reduce operation and maintenance difficulties and enhance safety

How It Works: The motor drives the belt and pulley, rotating the eccentric shaft to move the movable jaw up and down. When the movable jaw moves toward the fixed jaw, material in the crushing chamber is compressed and fractured. When the movable jaw retreats, the crushed material falls and discharges through the bottom opening. This continuous cycle delivers efficient, high-volume crushing.
