Equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system, providing multiple operating modes such as manual control, constant discharge port control, and constant power control. It can continuously monitor the actual load inside the crusher, automatically adjust the equipment, and optimize the utilization rate of the crusher. When the lining plate wears out to the replacement period, the system automatically displays and alarms.

Layered crushing, excellent particle size

Using the principle of laminated crushing, the material is subjected to multiple layers of compression inside the crushing chamber, resulting in a high proportion of cubic particles and low needle like content in the finished product. Under the same diameter of the large end of the moving cone, the yield of cone breakage is 35% to 60% higher than that of old-fashioned spring cones.

Overload protection and automatic reset

When unbreakable objects (such as iron blocks) enter the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system automatically lowers the cone to increase the discharge port, and after releasing the foreign object, it automatically resets. Equipped with an accumulator, it can sensitively respond to overload and over iron problems.

Positive pressure dust prevention system, extending lifespan

The unique positive pressure dust prevention system adopts a dynamic cone and frame positive pressure air sealing structure, which ensures that the internal pressure of the dynamic cone chamber is always higher than the external pressure, effectively preventing dust from entering the lubrication system, contaminating the lubricating oil, damaging the bearings, and extending the service life of the equipment.

Supporting the spindle at both ends for stronger load-bearing capacity

Both ends of the spindle are supported, capable of withstanding greater crushing forces and larger strokes. By combining optimized strength design and high-quality component materials, the equipment has a stronger load-bearing capacity, higher crushing ratio, and stronger passing capacity.

Easy to maintain, low operating cost

The structure is simple and compact, and all maintenance work can be completed after removing the upper frame. The crushing chamber type can be flexibly adjusted by replacing the fixed cone to adapt to different particle size requirements.
