working principle

The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate via a bevel gear. The main shaft is fixed, while the moving cone is mounted on the eccentric sleeve. As the eccentric sleeve rotates, the moving cone gyrates, approaching and receding from the fixed cone. Materials are crushed in the crushing cavity through compression and bending.

Hydraulic cylinders at the bottom support the moving cone and provide overload protection. When uncrushable material enters, hydraulic pressure increases, the cylinders retract, and the cone lowers to increase the discharge opening. After the material passes, the cylinders return the cone to its original position. The discharge opening can also be adjusted remotely via the hydraulic system.
